Welcome to the French Easy Peasy website. By using this site and my services, you accept the following terms.
Services offered
French Easy Peasy offers personalized professional French coaching for internationally trained healthcare professionals, as well as free resources (guides, newsletter) related to this goal. The discovery lesson is free and comes with no commitment for new clients.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — texts, guides, videos, exercises — is the property of French Easy Peasy and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or resold without prior written authorization.
Payment terms
Sessions must be paid in advance, on a monthly basis, before the first session of the month begins. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or Stripe. No session is scheduled or confirmed without prior payment.
Cancellation policy
Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance, by email.
Cancellation with 24h notice: the session may be rescheduled
Cancellation with less than 24h notice: the session is due and cannot be rescheduled
No-show without notice: the session is due and cannot be rescheduled
Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days. After this period, the session is forfeited.
Refund policy
All payments are non-refundable. If a student wishes to discontinue their sessions, no refund will be issued for sessions already paid for. Uncompleted sessions may however be rescheduled within 30 days of the cancellation date, subject to availability. After this period, remaining sessions are forfeited, with no compensation.
By proceeding with payment, the student confirms having read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
Limitation of liability
The services offered aim to improve your confidence and skills in professional French. I cannot guarantee a specific outcome for an exam (TCF, TEF, OQLF) or a practice authorization process, as these decisions rest with third-party organizations independent of French Easy Peasy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
